We take a tailored approach to each client, talking through their preferred area, budget, comparables and negotiation. We source properties which are both openly and quietly marketed through estate agents, developers and private owners. This allows us early and pre-market access to properties that may not be on the open market. Through our years in the business and established relationships with estate agents we secure priority viewing.
We like to meet all our clients in person beforehand, preferably in their own homes, so we can form the right picture of exactly what they are looking for. This enables us to gather a comprehensive search brief to ensure we match the right properties to the right clients.
We aim to save you time, stress and money. We want you to be confident that you have made a prudent financial decision in a market where we are the experts.
Charges: We ask for £1000 (plus VAT) deposit fee which is off-set against the final invoice, and then we charge a percentage of the final purchase price.
