As is our ethos with clients acquiring properties, our philosophy with clients who wish to sell with us is very similar. We treat each property individually.
We examine the merits and potential downfalls (and then see how these can be minimised). We strategise carefully how best to market the property and indeed how best to bring it to the market, whether it be a slow whispering campaign to increase the allure of the property or whether we push for a hard sale and wide press coverage instantly. It is carefully planned and discussed with the client beforehand. As is our formula with purchasing we only take on a limited amount of properties so we are able to devote a large amount of time to the property. Our aim is to achieve the highest possible price and to do this through considered strategies, rather than simply adding the flat or house to the internet.
We take pride in our presentation of properties working closely with a team of photographers and designers to create the right marketing material and considering carefully where to place such material. In addition we can happily offer advice on solicitors and other professionals needed to facilitate the sales process.
The properties we sell range from £2,000,000 to £56,000,000.
We specialise in Off-Market Sales and have been very successful in achieving record-prices on behalf of clients prior to bringing them to the open-market.
