It is carefully planned and discussed with the client beforehand. As is our formula with purchasing we only take on a limited amount of properties so we are able to devote a large amount of time to the property. Our aim is to achieve the highest possible price and to do this through considered strategies, rather than simply adding the flat or house to the internet.

We take pride in our presentation of properties working closely with a team of photographers and designers to create the right marketing material and considering carefully where to place such material. In addition we can happily offer advice on solicitors and other professionals needed to facilitate the sales process.
