Sebastian Gibson

Sebastian graduated from university in 1996. His work experience prior to this date included a gap year working in Paris where he studied the language and worked for Sothebys. On leaving university he moved to Los Angeles and worked in production for the film industry starting as a PA for Paramount Studios and ending up as an associate producer on an independent feature. He returned to the UK in 2000 and started work for Sotheby’s International Realty dealing at the top end of the London property market and continued there until FG Consultants was formed.

Laura Welfare

Laura has worked for over a decade within the Prime Central London area of Estate Agency. During this time Laura has experienced all aspects of buying and selling properties, striving and succeeding in becoming considered one of the most professional agents in the business. She is used to transacting with the utmost discretion and has become a valuable advisor to high net worth individuals. Her experience has seen her deal frequently in leasehold enfranchisement developing good working relationships with the major Estates of London such as The Cadogan Estate, Grosvenor and The Wellcome Trust. Laura heads up the sales wing of FG Consultants.

Jonty Morris

On leaving university Jonty established a bespoke decorating and management company specialising in employing Artisans. The company operated exclusively in the prime London market and Jonty was soon being asked by clients to not only manage their properties but to acquire them on their behalf. It is this experience and his love of property that has brought Jonty to FG Consultants.
